Purpose of processing:
Selection of suitable candidates to fill an open position.
Legal basis for processing:
This processing is required for initiating an employment contract in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with section 26 clause 1 German Federal Data Protection Act.
(Any storage and disclosure to third parties beyond the application process requires consent to be granted in accordance with Art. 6(1) point a GDPR that meets the requirements for consent in terms of Art. 7(1-4) GDPR.)

6 months (application) (deletion after 6 months, unless consent for further storage was granted). Retention period of 2 months in accordance with section 21 clause 5 AGG [General Act on Equal Treatment] plus appropriate time for processing.)

You have a right to be given access (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR) to your personal data by the controller as well as a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), and the restriction of processing (Art. 18(1) GDPR). Furthermore, you can file an objection against processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and you have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
