Information on the processing activity:

The purposes of the processing activity:

For the purpose of organising events, such as groundbreaking events, topping-out ceremonies, inauguration parties or company celebrations, personal data is processed for the invitation and, if necessary, accreditation.

Legal basis of the processing activity:

The processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interest of the controller or a third party in accordance with Art. 6 (1), point (f) of the GDPR and no interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject prevail (invitation of project participants and partners for promoting better and stronger ties to Bülow AG).

Categories of recipients:

  • Processors (processors in the sense of Article 4 in conjunction with Art. 28 of the GDPR)
  • Internal (employees of Bülow AG)
  • Other recipients (if applicable, building owner, owner or landlord)

Data transfer to a third country:

There is no planned transfer to third countries.

Retention period of personal data:

flexible erasure(the personal data will be erased by us as soon as the purpose of storage is no longer applicable and no legal regulation permits or requires further storage)

Rights of data subjects:

You have a right of access (in accordance with Art. 15 of the GDPR) to information from the controller about the personal data relating to you, as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR), and restriction of processing (Art. 18 (1) of the GDPR). You also have the right to object to the processing (Art. 21 of the GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20of the GDPR).
